What kinds of property can I invest in?

Unison Global Partners manages acquisition and liquidation for any kind of real estate. As an investor, you can choose from any property within the UGP inventory. Many properties potentionally may be acquired at a significant discount from current market valuations. A property's valuation may be improved by increasing income, reducing expenses, or a combination of both.

Did you know you can invest your retirement funds?

Most financial institutions want to invest your money in their products. You may have little decision-making power other than choosing from the portfolio offered by the institution, such as certificates of deposit, annuities, stocks, mutual funds, and similar financial instruments. However, land and other real estate may be purchased in many common forms of IRAs, including a traditional IRA, a Roth IRA, and a Simplified Employee Pension plan, or SEP-IRA.

To take advantage of this capability, you need to have your retirement funds deposited with a recognized custodian for self-directed IRAs and small business retirement plans. While UGP does not currently offer custodial services, we can help direct you to a reputable firm.
